SFP-Europa is an independent trade union representing the staff of the European Parliament, committed to defending statutory rights in all institutional bodies.
The SFP-Europa is distinguished by discretion and efficiency, by respect for people, work and rules. This allows to demand its application and/or to negotiate adjustments.
The SFP-Europa is a member of the COMI and actively participates in the activities of the Staff Committee in the majority group of trade unions.

The SFP-Europa appears as a "new" union in the form of "ASBL" (2020) - entreprise Nr: BE 0743 889 634! This was, among other things, to comply with the rules set by the 1990 framework agreement.
But his team has a long history within the SFIE and also a long experience in representing staff within:
- the Staff Committee (CDP) and
- the "Comité intersyndical" which unites the "Trade unions and professional organisations" (OSP) recognized by the Institution in accordance with the Framework Agreement of 18 July 2024.
