THE SECRETARY-GENERAL
    having regard to the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Union (hereinafter ‘the Staff Regulations’) and the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Union (hereinafter ‘CEOS’) laid down by Council Regulation (EEC, Euratom, ECSC) No 259/68, as last amended by Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 1023/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and in particular to Article 5(4) of the Staff Regulations and Annex I(A) and Articles 30 and 31 of Annex III thereto and to Article 10(1) of the CEOS,

    having regard to the Bureau decision of 9 December 2013 delegating to the

    Secretary-General the powers required for the adoption of internal rules, rules of application and implementing measures necessitated by the revision of the Staff Regulations and the CEOS,

    having regard to the Bureau decision of 13 January 2014 on the delegation of the powers of the appointing authority, having consulted the Staff Regulations Committee on 9 November 2015,

    having consulted the Staff Committee and the Committee on Equal Opportunities and Diversity,

    whereas the revision of the Staff Regulations involved changes to the types of post in Parliament's Secretariat and the establishment of the new AST/SC function group, resulting in a new breakdown of jobs,
HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS

Article 1

    The types of job covered by each type of post within Parliament are set out in the table annexed to this decision.

Article 2

    This decision shall apply mutatis mutandis to temporary staff in the Secretariat.

Article 3

    This decision shall enter into force on the day on which it is signed.
